Effective Friday, February 17th 2017, I will be ending my contract with Real Life Counseling. Effective immediately, I am accepting new and returning clients at Refresh Therapy, located in Salmon Creek at 1319 NE 134th St #111, Vancouver, WA 98685. Their main office number is 360-433-9664.
If this seems sudden, I actually gave my notice on January 18th, and have been informing clients of the change in session. I did not know at the time where I would be going. I accepted the position at Refresh Therapy on January 27th.
At Refresh Therapy, I will be able to accept several new insurance options.
Unfortunately, I will no longer be able to accept Molina or CHPW insurance. However, I will be able to offer a sliding scale. Sliding scale fees will range from $60-$95, depending on your income (except for the intake, which will be $150). Additionally, there are still two counselors at Real Life Counseling that will continue accepting Molina or CHPW after I leave. They are:
- Eric Lillibridge, ericl@reallifecounseling.us, 360-984-9761. Eric has a Master of Science in Counseling and is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) in practice since 2015. He helps people with anxiety, depression, and behavior issues.
- Carrie Farrell, carrief@reallifecounseling.us, 360-619-2226. Carrie has a Master of Arts in Counseling and is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) in practice since 2016. She helps people with depression, performance anxiety, addiction, self-harm, life transition, and pain management.
